Brearley & Co Accountants announce new Shareholders

Brearley & Co Accountants operating from 3 offices across South Yorkshire employing over 50 people are pleased to announce that Steven Millerchip ACA, Ben Wingate CTA, Andrew Cowe CTA have all become shareholders with Lee Rendle increasing his ownership stake in the Group.

Andrew Cowe is a very experienced Tax Adviser that joined 6 years ago. He has enabled Brearley & Co to expand their tax advisory offering.

Ben Wingate joined as an apprentice progressing through Brearley & Co’s training program to be Head of Tax Compliance.

Lee Rendle has been managing the Brearley & Co’s Dinnington office for the past 6 years. He leads an excellent team adding value to many clients near his office.

Steven Millerchip has worked in both industry and practice before joining Brearley & Co. Working with clients on compliance, acquisitions, management accounts and supporting many with Cloud Accounting Software.

All new shareholders are looking forward to taking on more responsibilities as Brearley & Co continues to expand.
