This includes advising in the immediate aftermath of a serious incident\, leading on internal investigations\, advising on appeals against enforcement notices\, representing companies at interviews under caution and\, where appropriate\, providing representation at both the Magistrates and Crown Court. \nDan will be discussing how to handle a criminal investigation following a fatality or other serious accident in the workplace.
