DESCRIPTION:Member price – £1950.00 + VAT\nNon-member price – £2100.00 + VAT \nDuration – 4 Days \n  \nOverview  \n This short ILM accredited qualification is an excellent opportunity for current and aspiring senior leaders to develop core strategic management knowledge and skills and transfer them directly into practise in the workplace. You will be required to work independently\, conduct relevant research and demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking and analysis. Your assessments should reflect the real situation in which you lead and manage\, demonstrating your ability to apply the learning and create tangible improvements for yourself and the department. The presentation delivered on session 4 will summarise individual learning from the programme and therefore contribute to the overall assessment process. \n  \nCompleted assessment papers should be emailed in for marking. You will then receive your overall mark achieved and developmental feedback. Any assessments not meeting the minimum pass mark will be referred to the candidate to be improved in the highlighted areas. \n  \nThe assessment process will be covered in full during the induction in session 1. Upon successful completion of both assessments\, delegates will achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
