SUMMARY:The Power Of The 3 Re's (Review\, Referral & Repeat)
DESCRIPTION:This event is in partnership with Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber and Doncaster Chamber. \nIf 90% of buyers who read online reviews claim that positive online reviews influence their buying decision are you doing all you can to ensure you deliberately collect them? \nAt the time of writing\, we have delivered our Plan.Grow.Do. Online Live sales training to 100 business owners and sellers and the single biggest reason why they don’t is time. \nTime\, really…time? \nIs that just a convenient excuse for everything a business owner and seller doesn’t do?\nPerhaps the real answer is that you haven’t integrated the importance of the 3 Re’s into your sales processes and sales activities. \nIt’s not time is process\, structure and therefore confidence to systemise this and to ask the question.\nThe concern that the feedback will be negative\, be less than complimentary or perhaps personal. Highlighting some truths that you’re doing very well to have avoided up to now! \nIn a world where buyers are influenced by online reviews and a decision is 57% made based on your digital content\, can I suggest that you need to adopt a far more proactive approach. \nLet us help you a little and explain the criticality to your business and sales results by walking through the aforementioned 3 Re’s. Review\, Referral and Repeat. \nWho Delivers it \nAbout Steve Knapp \n \nSteve Knapp’s inspirational selling techniques are still the cornerstone of Shell International. He rose through the ranks to become responsible for the success of the company’s sales teams right across the globe. \nSteve’s now using that incredible knowledge to help business owners and sales people embrace a modern selling approach. \nThe author of Funnel Vision – Selling Made Easy\, Steve provides sales training in an energetic\, pragmatic\, actionable and outcome focused lessons that stick and deliver results. \nAbout Rob \n \nRob is an award-winning marketing professional with 13 years of professional marketing experience. He has seen the rise of digital marketing and adapted businesses to embrace the format rather than fear it. \nThe opportunity to lead your market with a modern approach is right now and Rob will help you see how you can apply effective marketing to your business in a jargon-free way\, which is guaranteed to make sense to even the most novice of marketers!
