DESCRIPTION:I’m delighted to announce that my Menopause in the Workplace training has been awarded CPD accreditation. This session has been carefully developed using real lived experiences\, best practice\, legal insight\, and over three decades of my work in HR. \nAfter navigating surgical menopause myself\, supporting others became more than a professional interest\, it became a mission. \nThis training is designed for:\n* HR teams wanting confidence and clarity\n* Leaders aiming to build inclusive workplaces\n* Managers who want to have better\, safer conversations\n* Organisations committed to retention\, wellbeing and culture change \nMenopause isn’t just a personal issue\, it’s a workplace\, wellbeing and legal issue.
