DESCRIPTION:Attend the first Talk Rotherham event\, organised by Rotherham Business Growth Board\, and sponsored by Airmaster Air Conditioning. \nAs you may be aware\, the Rotherham Business Growth Board are a public/private sector partnership and the voice of business\, providing strategic leadership\, drive and support in overseeing the delivery of the Rotherham Economic Growth Plan\, contributing to strategies\, plans\, projects and programmes. \nThe Talk Rotherham event will bring together businesses and owners/letting agents of vacant town centre properties to discuss the opportunities available and the potential for growth and new investment. Anyone with an interest in how the town centre is developing may also find the event useful and is welcome to attend. \nYou will hear from me\, as a short introduction to how we have invested and as Chair of the Business Growth Board; Ben Saxton\, owner of The Ministry Café who has recently expanded his business in the town centre\, and Matthew Stephens\, President of Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce\, followed by an opportunity for networking. \nDate: Thursday 12 October \nTime: 4pm to 6pm \nLocation: Imperial Buildings central space\, top of High Street\, Rotherham town centre\, S60 1FF \nThe event is free and refreshments will be available on arrival.
