With the recent abolition of tribunal fees\, employment claims have risen significantly and an understanding of employment law and HR processes is essential for all businesses\, whatever size and industry sector. \nThis interactive and enjoyable course provides an introductory insight into the core elements of HR and employment law\, looking at the HR lifecycle. It draws on real-life scenarios\, best practice\, employment case law decisions and provides an opportunity for delegates to share their experiences to stimulate learning. It is ideal for owner managers\, aspiring people managers\, people who have limited experience in managing their HR responsibilities or are looking for a refresher as to their main HR management remit.
