Join us for a Winter Wild Wellbeing activity session to explore how connecting with nature can boost your wellbeing.
We are working with Zoe Fuggle from Roots OT to bring you nature-based wellbeing sessions designed to ease stress, support recovery from ill health, and rebuild balance through the healing power of the outdoors. We will take you through some activities to help you observe the beauty of the outdoors, notice your emotions in nature and what it means to you.
– Indoor nature crafts and making activities
– Short sessions in the Priory Campus Growing Garden as we help get the Garden ready for Spring, and notice what is beginning to emerge this season
– A walk to Monk Bretton Priory (approximately half a mile from the Campus) to see what is on our doorstep and learn from nature and heritage combined.
Refreshments and light snacks will be provided and our indoor space at the Priory Campus (with toilets) is available for your use.
