In her capacity, Lynne oversees the Chamber’s membership team, ensuring they provide support and engagement to the Chamber’s diverse membership community. Her focus extends beyond nurturing existing relationships; Lynne is committed to welcoming new businesses into the Chamber fold, showcasing the array of services and support available to them.

Lynne’s approach is characterised by a genuine interest in understanding each business’s unique needs and challenges. With access to a network of over 1100 businesses spanning various sectors, Lynne ensures that support is personalised, relevant, and helpful to the success of each member.

Charlotte Saxton has been a valued member of the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce since May 2023. In her role as an Account Executive, Charlotte is dedicated to assisting members in maximizing the benefits of their membership.

Charlotte’s responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, from engaging with members during on-site visits to ensuring they are utilising the services included in their membership to their fullest potential. Additionally, she regularly reaches out to companies to check on their progress and fosters connections between members, facilitating valuable networking opportunities.

David Hester brings a wealth of experience to his role as Membership Account Executive at the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber, having served in the Chamber for over 5 years and accumulated over 30 years of expertise in business development before that.

In his current capacity, David is dedicated to enhancing the membership retention rate by creating enduring relationships with existing members. He achieves this through regular communication and support, tailored to meet the individual requirements of each member.

Susan Ball has been an integral part of the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce since 2006, serving as the Membership Support Officer.
