This course offers a review of customs entry requirements and the importance of being aware of the customs declaration process to avoid problems likely to cause delays on shipments and potentially increase cost.

The customs entry is a complex involved process that can be explained in a step-by-step manner. This course aims to provide the in-depth knowledge base to understand how a Customs entry is formulated whilst also providing an overview of what the entry looks like from a HMRC perspective and how it can impact a company involved in the import / export process.

Trading with overseas customers and suppliers involves compliance issues, regulations and documentation not encountered in the domestic sale.This one day course provides an overview of specialized procedures involved in export and import.  Ideal for sales, purchasing and shipping staff, the workshop will cover areas pertinent to shipping goods around the world successfully.

The ITOPS qualification is a practical and relevant qualification designed to prove that candidates have the necessary skills to accurately operate the administration procedures in an international trade administration environment.
