Take the plunge – and experience the power of breathwork!

Challenge your body, clear your mind, and lift your spirits – all while supporting Rotherham Hospital and Community Charity. Starting with a 45-minute breathwork session with The Breath Connection, described by many as an almost out-of-body experience – preparing your mind and body for the icy plunge into Manvers Lake!

No swimming is required – just the thrill of the cold water and the pride of knowing your courage makes a real difference. The event is fully inclusive; please get in touch if you have a disability so we can support you.

Afterwards, enjoy hot drinks and certificates celebrating your achievement. Form a team, challenge friends or colleagues, and raise vital funds for your local NHS Charity.
