Award-winning ticketing provider TravelMaster appoint creative PR and marketing agency Chapter II
Yorkshire-based multi-operator ticketing provider TravelMaster has announced the appointment of leading Sheffield creative PR and marketing agency Chapter II.
The award-winning travel organisation has appointed Chapter II to deliver strategic, creative and marketing support, with a focus on highlighting the fantastic work they deliver across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
The partnership will see the creative agency support TravelMaster, strengthen its regional presence, and elevate the brand, helping achieve its mission to provide South Yorkshire with great value and simplified ways to pay for public transport.
TravelMaster, an independent company, is also a partnership including local public transport operators and SYMCA. They are owned and operated by the region’s transport companies, working in partnership to deliver some of the UK’s lowest-priced and most advanced integrated travel tickets.
Chapter II provides PR, marketing, design and videography support to clients across a multitude of sectors, including property, healthcare, leisure and professional services.
This latest client win demonstrates Chapter II’s continued growth after a strong start to the year and signals the agency’s ongoing ambitions for the future.
Allie Dransfield, head of agency at Chapter II, said: “TravelMaster is a strong strategic fit for Chapter II, reflecting our focus on supporting organisations that deliver meaningful regional impact. This partnership enables us to apply our integrated PR and marketing expertise to further strengthen TravelMaster’s market position and brand visibility.
“We look forward to working collaboratively to support their growth ambitions, enhance stakeholder engagement, and help communicate the value of their innovative, customer-focused ticketing solutions.
“TravelMaster’s recent industry recognition, including winning bronze at the globally recognised Transport Ticketing Awards, as well as being shortlisted for two categories at the upcoming CIHT Awards, underlines the strength of the organisation, and we are excited to contribute to its continued success.”
John Henshall, general manager at TravelMaster, said: “As TravelMaster continues to grow and evolve, it was important for us to work with an agency that could help communicate the value we bring to customers across South Yorkshire effectively.
“This partnership comes at an exciting time for TravelMaster, and it will support us in raising awareness of the work we do as we continue to innovate our services for the future.”
