For a limited time (due to funding), businesses based within Rotherham, are able to take advantage of our Cardio Vascular Healthy Checks at NO COST to the business. Our friendly staff will visit your premises and have a 30 minute consultation with your employees to assess their heart health. With targeted questions surrounding family history and lifestyle, as well as taking into account measurements of height, weight, blood pressure as well as cholesterol, we can work with your employees to assess their health requirements and provide them with a confidential, personalised report. Depending on the outcomes we also have the ability to signpost into NHS services as well as feedback to their GP for further investigations if required. All without leaving your premises. All we ask is for an commitment from you of 30 minutes of time per employee to help reduce staff down time for attending appointments, to potentially reduce sickness levels and improve staff morale. Connect Healthcare Rotherham CIC (CHRoCIC) is a Federation formed by all 29 GP practices in Rotherham as shareholders.
We are a GP led CIC providing primary care services at scale, responsive to the needs of over 260,000 population of Rotherham.
We are an active member of the Integrated Care Partnership for Rotherham and a partner in the Rotherham Integrated Care Provider Alliance.

What we do…
Our main aim is to support general practice on all parameters possible. This includes being the main provider at scale, increasing sustainability, resilience, extended access for patients, enabling integration and innovation wherever and whenever we can.
We provide a supportive infrastructure to our PCN’s and thereby help the population of Rotherham to receive equitable services with better outcomes.
