At Actus we specialise in providing integrated insurance and risk management solutions to businesses across a variety of industries. Our clients vary from small owner-managed businesses to national multi-site companies with 100 + employees.

Typically, the businesses we work with see the value in doing things properly and want to work with like minded business partners.

We concentrate primarily on the characteristics of the businesses and the people within them, rather than focusing on a particular trade sector. This allows us to deal with businesses across a broad spectrum of industry.

With a wealth of experience in insurance and risk management across a broad range of industries, our team is always on hand to support and offer advice to our clients – especially when an emergency situation occurs.

Actus Insurance was created in 2017 by Sam Leeder and Paul Taylor to provide something new to the local insurance marketplace. In 2023 we welcomed Louise to broaden our range of services we can offer. From humble beginnings in bedroom offices, the team has grown substantially and works out of Fox Valley in Stocksbridge, Sheffield.
