This online course will provide you with the catalyst to make the changes you want in 2021 and set you up with good habits to build your resilience. Review where you are and learn techniques to develop gratitude, mindfulness, time efficiency, well-being and much more.

Time to take action…

I bet it’s safe to say 2020 hasn’t turned out the way you expected or hoped for!
The lockdown and pandemic may have thrown your life upside down or given you time to rethink and review life. Maybe you recognise the need for change, you’ve been forced to change or perhaps you just want to build your resilience for 2021.

Change is a gradual process – you don’t suddenly wake up with everything you want. It can be scary AND exciting.
Change starts with a small step; a seed that we plant, then nurture. It takes time… and consistency… and patience.

Building good habits and daily routines is the key to transformation. Firstly, we need to identify what’s important to us and where we want to head so we can set our daily compass. It then becomes easier to make decisions and take actions that ensure we stay on track towards our destination.

Action builds momentum. Once we start, things begin to happen and we see results. This increases our energy and enthusiasm. It becomes easier to do the things we need to do and gradually we stop doing things that don’t serve us.

Starter for 10 is a catalyst for change. It won’t solve all your problems but it will help you take that vital first step and develop the skills you need to deal with life. You will highlight key areas to work on and be given the tools necessary to support you on this journey.

How will it work?
Starting on Saturday 2nd of January 2021
each day for 10 days you will receive an email…
worksheet will be sent directly to your inbox to complete (there is also the option of purchasing a printed workbook which will be mailed out to you). In addition there will be live Q&A sessions and short videos to provide extra support.
You will notice a huge impact just by committing 10 minutes to each exercise, though the more you engage with the tasks the more you will get out of them. Many of these exercises are practical steps that you can implement immediately. There are lots of tips to help you along the way too.
