As a result of the further development of Amity, we are looking for an Account Managers UK – North, who will report to Victoria Thal, Managing Director of Amity Inc.

SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

The Account Manager Chemistry and Consumables is responsible for sales of the entire Amity product range in the corresponding region for new and existing accounts (Hospitals, clinics, and health care facilities), identifying customer needs and providing value added solutions to address them.

You will stay in close contact with their accounts, serving as a knowledgeable and trusted partner who quickly resolves issues and identifies new opportunities for chemistries and consumables. Their main goal is to increase revenues and improve profit margins via strong distributor management.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Leadership in sales – Business acumen, results driven, passionate about making the deal and persevering until goal is achieved.
▪ Create, communicates and executes a strategic business plan designed to achieve sales goals and increase market penetration in assigned territory.
▪ Submits and executes an accurate forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis
▪ Conducting sales reviews and monthly reports on sales performance against budget and on deviations.
▪ Ensure chemistry and consumable sales targets and focus product targets are achieved or exceeded and follows company pricing/ margin guidelines
▪ Establishes new customer meetings and makes pre-planned sales presentations to existing customers
▪ Assures proper pre-call planning and preparedness, allowing for better utilisation of time, and better execution while in the accounts
▪ Strives to remain up to date regarding local regulations and shares success stories, best behaviours, losses, strategies, tactics and competitive data across the organisation
▪ Meets with key clients, maintains relationships, negotiates and closes deals
▪ Managers the after sales process to ensure customers have thorough knowledge regarding safe use of chemistries and consumables
▪ Prepares complete and accurate sales reports and documents as requested within the required time frames, including monthly win/loss reports and performance metrics
▪ Plans and implements pilot projects for chemistry conversions and consumables offerings
▪ Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.

YOUR PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS:

▪ Minimum of five years sales experience in the field of medical cleaning and disinfecting chemicals
▪ Experience in the field of Hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities would be an advantages
▪ Bachelors degree in business, marketing, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field
▪ Good written and verbal communication skills
▪ Open and straightforward in communications and actions
▪ Flexible and shows initiative
▪ Motivated with a Goal-oriented with “can-do” and “hands-on” attitude
▪ Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
▪ Good attention to detail
▪ General familiarity with sales documents and contracts, purchase orders and financial spreadsheets and reports
▪ Exceptional customer service skills, focus and organisation including the ability to build strong customer partnerships
▪ Solution oriented and applies analysis and creativity when confronted with a challenging situation
▪ Concept selling skills, negotiation skills, influencing skills, presentation sills and listening skills
