Brearley & Co complete the acquisition of Hart Moss Doyle

Mark Smallman, Senior Partner at Brearley & Co Accountants is pleased to announce that In February 2021 Brearley & Co completed the acquisition of Hart Moss Doyle based in Dodworth, Barnsley from Andrew Doyle who is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement. They delayed marketing this as they have prioritised introducing themselves personally to the Team.

All team members have been retained providing continuity to the client base.

John Hesselden who joined Brearley & Co in late 1980’s manages their new office and has been spending the last 12 months familiarising himself with the clients and adding value to the service they receive. The Team at Barnsley are supported by over 40 people at Brearley & Co’s Mexborough and Dinnington offices.

Brearley & Co’s ethos of working with clients throughout the year to maximise profits, manage tax liabilities and improve financial reporting has been extended to their new clients.
