Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber launch 2024 Quiz Night in aid of FareShare Yorkshire

Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce its upcoming Charity Quiz Night, taking place on Wednesday 21st February 2024 in Barnsley at the Holiday Inn.

Mark your calendars for one of the most anticipated quizzes of the year! This year’s quiz will feature a diverse range of topics that promise to captivate participants of all ages and knowledge levels. Back for 2024, our seasoned quiz master, Dominic Beck of Beck Financial Planning, guarantees an engaging and fun experience for both seasoned quizzers and newcomers alike.

Adding to the excitement of the evening, there will be a raffle with all proceeds directly benefiting FareShare Yorkshire, the Chambers Charity of the Year.

FareShare Yorkshire is part of the FareShare network and has fought food waste and hunger since 1998. Operating in Barnsley, Leeds, and the Yorkshire Storage HUB, the charity annually saves 2,700 tonnes of surplus food. With dedicated volunteers, they distribute to 400 charities, providing 4.2 million meals in the past year. Join them in turning surplus into sustenance and combating food poverty.
