Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce an exciting new benefit for its members – Access to the new Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber Media Suite.

The new booking system will also allow members to book their meeting rooms allowing members to use a professional and convenient venue for their business meetings, presentations, interviews, and more.

Available Meeting Rooms:

Small Meeting Room – Room for 6 people

Conveniently located within the head office at Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber, the Small Meeting Room offers easy access and a professional atmosphere.

Designed to accommodate smaller groups of up to six people, the Small Meeting Room provides an inviting atmosphere for professional discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative meetings.

Allocation: Two hours free allowance for all members per day; £15 an hour for additional hours.

Amenities: Access to secure fast WIFI, easy access to power sockets, whiteboard available on request.

Board Room – Room for 10 people

With a capacity to accommodate up to 10 individuals, the Board Room is perfect for any professional gathering, whether it’s a high-level meeting, important presentation, job interviews, or online conferences.

Allocation: Two hours free allowance for all members per day; £15 an hour for additional hours.

Amenities: Access to secure fast WIFI, easy access to power sockets, whiteboard available on request, 65-inch interactive computer and presentation screen.

Media Suite – Room for 4 people

The Media Suite is a dynamic space designed to cater to entry-level multimedia needs. Whether starting out or looking to build on your existing content, our Media Room is a great hub for capturing, producing, and delivering media content.

Step into the Media Room and unleash your creativity in an environment equipped with a green screen, photography equipment, videography capabilities, and podcasting facilities.

Allocation: Allowance is refreshed on membership renewal, 2 hours free allowance for Silver Members, 10 hours free allowance for Gold Members, 15 hours free allowance for Platinum Members, 20 hours free allowance for Diamond Members, and unlimited hours allowance for Patron Members; £30 per hour outside of free hours.
