Helen is a highly experienced and successful sales achiever, initially from a retail background her career progressed through key roles in sales and training environments encompassing FMCG, and over 25 years within the contract services industry. She has now amassed over 38 years and having “been there and done it” Helen is in a great place to be able to share experience and facilitate the learning and Professional Development Plans of others through training.

She is passionate about sales and her own company’s purpose in wanting to deliver something back to the industry. A professional with a hugely enthusiastic personality and the ability to engender trust, confidence, and motivation in all working environments Helen has developed an outstanding reputation for creating strong working relationships with clients and delegates.

Helen believes strongly in individualism and a non-text book style of learning, so telling stories and painting pictures to bring training alive and encourage active participation is an integral element of her style. She believes it frees inhibitions, breaks down barriers and encompasses the real needs of delegates to progress. She is dedicated to ensuring she enables delegates to maximise opportunities to progress their careers through training
