City Taxis expand their business network with Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce partnership.

Local taxi company City Taxis announced their membership with Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce this week, as the leading transport providers look to expand their services across South Yorkshire.

With offices in Sheffield, Chesterfield, Derby, Rotherham and Barnsley, City Taxis are the UK’s largest independent taxi company outside of London, completing around 120,000 jobs per week across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Having plans to grow their presence in Rotherham, City’s latest partnership with the Chamber will help to accelerate their ambitious goals.

To kick off the partnership, The City Taxis team welcomed the Chamber to City HQ this week to host their January board meeting, complete with a tour of their impressive offices, which includes a gym and golf simulator room.
