Delivered online, in small groups, the course introduces the five essential food groups and the principles of the Eatwell Guide, helping you create a balanced, realistic eating plan that fits your lifestyle.
Each week explores key topics including macronutrient balance, fibre, vitamins and minerals, food labelling, ultra-processed foods, alcohol awareness, physical activity, and eating out. We also tackle common myths and misinformation that often lead to confusion about healthy eating.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to make healthier choices, manage your weight effectively, and maintain a more active, balanced lifestyle.
A box of recourses and a workbook will be delivered to your door ready for the induction week Monday 13th April, and we commence the 8-weeks the following Monday.
