The Barnsley and Rotherham Business Awards are among the region’s most respected business celebrations, taking place each November.

Organised by Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber of Commerce, the awards are designed to:

• Celebrate the accomplishments of local organisations
• Promote the strength and diversity of South Yorkshire’s business community

During the evening, we will celebrate the achievements of shortlisted finalists, present the prestigious Salute to Business Awards to long-established companies, and announce the Chamber’s Charity of the Year.

Salute to Business Awards

Each year, the Chamber recognises businesses that have made a lasting contribution to the local economy through the Salute to Business Awards.

In 2026, five organisations marking 50, 75 or more than 100 years of trading will be honoured at the Barnsley and Rotherham Business Awards. Businesses reaching 10 years or more can also receive recognition throughout the year.
