The Gender Confidence Gap

Research by Weibke Bleidorn PhD University of California found that despite being born in an egalitarian culture, many women in westernised countries lack confidence compared to men and other women in non westernised communities.

A lack of self belief in ourselves, our abilities and our potential is something that we hear from multitudes of women, regardless of their position and successes in life.
