Can my business benefit from the E-ZCert Electronic Platform?

The E-ZCert system provides businesses with an efficient and cost-effective facility to prepare their export documentation online via a secure, web-based platform.

Compliant documents are key to successful goods exports. This interactive session allows delegates to learn how to produce exemplary paperwork effortlessly, reducing the potential of unnecessary friction when shipments cross borders. This in turn brings efficiencies which can only prove more beneficial if and when the UK departs from the European Union.

Through E-ZCert you can submit applications from any location for:-

  • Certificates of Origin
  • Arab Certificates of Origin
  • EUR1′s
  • ATR’s
  • Other Export Documents including invoices, packing lists, agreements, etc.


Documents can then be processed within 24 hours (or same day if users choose to collect or use the express application service and meet submission requirements).


What is covered?

The session will include:

  • Export documentation overview and matched E-ZCert capabilities
  • Administration – Setting up and managing your company account including additional users
  • Uploading user credentials and signatures
  • Choosing and creating export document applications, including express applications
  • Entering the right data into applications and making your submission
  • Printing documents onto pre-printed stationery (express applications)
  • Interactive support for delegates with queries


Who is it aimed at?

Anyone currently producing, or looking to produce, export documentation. Designed to suit those new to the task, or looking for a refresher, the session is informal and allows attendees to ask any questions they have on the wide range of topics involved in shipping goods overseas. It will also address all available document types the system covers and how E-ZCert can make the process of export documentation more organised, efficient and support your business processes.
