Help to Grow: Management is an executive development course designed to help you boost business performance and growth potential. This 12 week course is accredited by the Small Business Charter and 90% subsidised by the government. Delivered by development consultants and business experts, this practical course takes place over three months and includes both virtual and face-to-face sessions.

The curriculum has been designed with support from industry and covers key areas of leadership including:

• Strategy and innovation
• Growing national and international markets
• Leading for high performance
• Building vision and brand
• Engaging and inspiring teams
• Creating customer value
• Adopting digital technology
• Adopting responsible business practices
• Financial management

You will receive one-to-one mentoring and peer support during workshops. By the end of the course you will have developed a bespoke growth plan for your organisation to help achieve your long-term vision and strategic goals. Furthermore, upon completion of the course you can join the Alumni Network to continue accessing support and networking opportunities. You will also be eligible for a six month free membership to the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

The course is 90% funded by the Government. The fee payable by participants is £750
