Catered for any ability, from the most novice to the advanced, The Fitness Truck® promises to bring a fun, energetic and motivating workout that will get the heart pumping, the dumbbells moving and the endorphins flowing.

You’ll need to come in active wear and suitable footwear for this short but uniquely inspiring network-OUT event.

**The workout is optional. There will be a schedule for anyone who does not want to participate for the 30ish minutes this is taking place**
