This is the fourth ‘Forum’ and is for Chamber members who work on their own and need some inspiration in order to move their business up to the next level. This ranges from tips on best practice so as to make most use of your time and resources to what to expect if you decide to start employing staff.
It represents a unique opportunity for such business owners to come together and discover if they are on the right track and become inspired by listening to, not one, but two guest speakers who have successfully made the journey having started off by working for themselves.
The speakers are Donna Branagan of Branagans Accountancy Services Limited and Mike Deehan of Platinum Arrow as pictured below and a short biography of them both can be found on this link: https://bit.ly/2ThV3U3
Local small business advisor Pete Thornton-Smith from PeterTS will once again host the event and take delegates through several high-energy workshop sessions to help you benchmark exactly where that business of yours is and how to move it forward.
You will be able to take away ideas for immediate action. “It is fair to say having seen Pete deliver to previous groups he will grab your attention and smack your imagination to get you going”, said Chamber Event’s Organiser Diane Graham.
This could make all the difference if you work on your own so why not give it a try. It is free for Chamber members and just £10 for non-members and now runs from 9:00am – 12:00 noon at the Chamber’s new offices at Unit 6 on Rotherham Road, Templeborough.
