Taking place Sunday 13th September in Endcliffe Park, this family friendly event offers live entertainment, local stall holders and a Thornbridge Brewery Bar. Whether you take on the 4 or 10 mile route, every step you take helps raise vital funds to support people across our region affected by cancer. Our Walk As One events have raised an incredible £150k (so far!) to help us continue our vital work.
The walk is 4 miles along buggy and pram-friendly paths.
Entry: Adult = £15 / Child = £8 / Under 3s = FREE
Walkers leave Endcliffe Park at 11am or 11.15am (2 time options)
A gentle 4 mile route along the beautiful Porter Valley. Our waterside walk sets off from Endcliffe Park, looping through Bingham Park to Forge Dam and back, taking in some lovely scenery.
Please note: a 2 mile walk is available for those who would like a shorter walk, this route is also fully wheelchair friendly.?
The challenge route is 10 miles across parks, woodland and fields.

For those seeking a little more adventure, this 10 mile route heads through Endcliffe and Bingham Parks, along the brookside path to Forge Dam and beyond to the beautiful woodlands at Ringinglow, with plenty of chances to stop and rest, and we’ll provide refreshments at two locations. Crossing onto the moors of the Peak District and through Lady Canning’s Plantation, the route heads past Whirlow Hall Farm and crosses the lush green fields back to Endcliffe Park where you can join the celebrations and more fun!
