Leading recruitment agency, Glu Recruit, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to head up their Rotherham-based team.

This opportunity follows Managing Director, Rob Shaw’s, decision to step into more of a mentoring and supportive role within the business.

The role is advertised with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a commission scheme linked to business performance.

Glu are also offering 25 days annual leave, a leave of absence on your birthday, Christmas shutdown, a laptop, an iPhone, and the opportunity to progress with provided training and upskilling.

The successful candidate will be outgoing and driven, with experience working as a manager in a recruitment setting.

They will help take Glu Recruit into its next stage of business, securing new customers and establishing ways to grow their existing base through cross sell opportunities.
