Glu Recruit take to the skies in latest fundraiser for Bluebell Wood

South Yorkshire based recruitment consultancy, Glu Recruit, have raised over £1,300 for local charity Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice in their latest fundraiser for their charity of the year.

Ashleigh Naughton and Caitlyn Haslam, who both work in Glu Recruit’s temporary recruitment division, took to the skies on Sunday 24^th October 2021 to do a tandem sky dive at Hibaldstow Airfield to raise vital funds for a charity close to the hearts of the entire team.

Jumping from a whopping 15,000 ft at the UK’s highest tandem jump airfield with family, friends and colleagues watching on, the pair landed safely after experiencing their first ever jump.

Ashleigh Naughton, Recruitment Consultant comments: “It was the best experience of my life! I would 100% recommend anyone to do it, the Hibaldstow instructors were brilliant and the charity we have raised money for deserve every penny for their amazing work!”

Caitlyn Haslam, Recruitment Administrator added: “It was such a surreal experience. As much as I was apprehensive about jumping from such a height, it was worth it to support such an amazing charity!”

Glu Recruit have been supporting Bluebell Wood since 2020 and have raised over £2,500 for the children’s charity based in Dinnington, near Sheffield.
