Gulliver’s adds a sprinkle of Pixie magic to family staycations

Two new Pixie Pods have been unveiled at Gulliver’s Valley, giving visitors to the Rotherham theme park the chance to add some magic to their short break.

In a corner of the resort, the Pixie Pods offer luxurious family accommodation with the excitement of an outdoor camping experience. Guests can sit under the stars on the deck of their Pixie Pod and let their imagination run free.

With prices starting at only £209, each pod sleeps up to two adults and two children. Complete with home comforts such as tea and coffee making facilities, there is an open-plan living space and separate shower room.

Andy Flowers, resort manager at Gulliver’s Valley, said: “At Gulliver’s Valley, we know how important it is to spend quality time together and we’re really pleased to be able to offer affordable staycations to allow families to do just that.

“Thanks to our ever-expanding range of accommodation there is something to suit everyone and the new Pixie Pods mean there is extra magic on offer for your next family getaway!”

As Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts celebrates its 45th year in business, the Pixie Pods are the latest addition to the variety of family-friendly accommodation on the 250 acre site, including Fairy Hideout Huts, which were new in summer 2022, Unicorn and Princess Suites, Pirate Lodges, Captain’s Dens, Mermaid Dens, Western Cabins, Lost World Lodges and the jawsome Megalodon Lodge.

Short stay packages are available throughout the year, from Dinosaur, Super Tots or festive-themed sleepovers, to great value Stay and Play packages that include theme park entry.
