Rejus Beats Competitors to Build Bespoke Maintenance Package for Beta

During the summer Rejus were contacted by technology solutions provider Beta Technology to visit their site and quote for all necessary works. After the successful site visit, Rejus beat out competitors to win the contract.

During the free site visit, Rejus Operations Manager John Hope worked with representatives from Beta Technologies to determine the on-site issues that needed to be addressed.

Facilities Management often encompasses work which is either necessary to make the building compliant with government guidelines, or is requested works to improve the functionality, appearance, and security of a building. The bespoke building maintenance package designed for Beta encompasses all of these elements, making this contract win a good case study for communicating the various elements of Facilities Management.

To both bring their building up to statutory compliance and to ensure the security and safety of their staff, Beta has hired Rejus to perform multiple counts of fire alarm servicing, alongside annual inspections of the intruder alarm and emergency lighting. Fire extinguishers will of course also be serviced as part of the bespoke package. The maintenance will be carried out as per manufacturers recommendations to ensure the devices and equipment are operating at full capacity.

Richard Wrigley, Managing Director of Beta Technologies, stated:

“Engaging Rejus has enabled us to step back from managing the building so we can concentrate on our core business. Their supportive and ‘can-do’ approach has made the transition straightforward.”
