The idea for Revive Nutrition was conceived in the spring of 2020, when the whole country was suddenly plunged into lockdown overnight. At Revive Nutrition, we had the kitchen facilities of a high-end restaurant at our disposal, although, no customers to cater for. We pivoted, with our combined passion for fitness and wellbeing and our background in fine dining. Revive nutrition was born!

Our meal prep can be stored in in the fridge for 4 days or freeze to enjoy later to suit your schedule.
