Total Training Provision is an award-winning national training provider whose roots are in South Yorkshire.

We deliver training in many guises – spanning across apprenticeships, short courses and much more. The company was established in 2013 and has blossomed ever since.

We recently had the exciting news that we had secured some funding for the South Yorkshire region, to support businesses and individuals with essential training and skills…..  this planted the seed for operation South Yorkshire G.R.O.W.S.

The South Yorkshire G.R.O.W.S (Gain Recognised Operations and Work-Related Skills) project allows us to support local businesses and meet our company’s goal of delivering essential training and education at no cost.

We understand that not everyone has the time to pledge to full time learning, nor do they have the expendable income to be able to fund training and development and that’s why we designed this programme.

South Yorkshire G.R.O.W.S has enabled us to support local businesses with their training needs; nurturing their growth with upskilling and development.  Through our vast range of short courses and team of skills coaches, we have been able to help a variety of businesses with their training needs – working alongside employers to tailor what we offer to fit their business needs.

South Yorkshire G.R.O.W.S was designed with our demographic in mind – these dynamic short qualifications are being delivered in numerous ways, so they are more accessible to all eligible learners. We analysed our courses and employer feedback to select those that were not only popular but also critical at this moment in time.

Our choices based on these factors are –

• Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent (2 days)
• Level 2 Mental health First aid in the Workplace (2 days)
• Level 2 Children and Young Peoples Mental Health (2 days)
• Level 1 Cyber Security (1/2 day)
• Level 2 Digital Marketing and Digital Skills. (5 days)

As a business we have recognised the increased need for such resources since the pandemic.
