Trinity Academy St Edward’s – Principal’s Blog

I am delighted to say that we have now visited every primary school and also done several home visits to say hello and answer any questions our founding cohort have asked. We can’t wait for your first day on Friday 3rd September. Thank you to all the families who came to our two Information Evenings just before half term – it was lovely to meet everyone, give out transition booklets and share some more exciting information.

NEW MEMBER OF STAFF

I am delighted to introduce Eleanor Francis, our latest staff member, who will be my PA and Admin Manager. Eleanor has a wealth of experience and wide knowledge base not only of administration and leadership but marketing too. I’m sure you will all join me in welcoming her and I have no doubt you will be communicating with her soon. If you have any concerns at all, please get in touch via the contact us email and Eleanor will respond. Cally Northam, who I know many of you have spoken to, will now take on her substantive role at PA to the Principal at our sister school in Leeds. I would like to thank her for all her hard work and effort in helping parents, staff, and myself during the past six months.

GOVERNORS APPOINTED

I am delighted to announce the appointment of two further Governors who have very close links to Barnsley and our new school.
