Whyy? Change has announced a new transformation partnership with CCPI Europe.

The new partnership will combine Whyy? Change’s Lean6 training solutions with CCPI’s long term strategy of continuous improvement to level up their business. CCPI’s recognition of Lean6 comes in the form of introducing the Lean6 logo onto their new uniform.

With continuous improvement playing an increasingly vital role in every aspect of business, the Lean6 transformation partnership brings together Whyy? Change skills in change management and CCPI’s commitment to focussing on lean manufacturing to provide high quality, reliability, accuracy, and short turnaround times on bespoke products.

Jonathan Golding, Managing Director of CCPI Europe Ltd “I participated in the first group of 10 staff going through the Lean 6 Yellow Belt Training provided by Ray at Whyy? Change. The training introduced us to the specifics of Six Sigma, how and where to apply it. There was great engagement from Ray with the team and many examples of Lean operations or processes were presented to help put our lean journey into context. There were group workshops, and everyone joined in the problem-solving tasks.”

Ray Byrne, CEO at Whyy? Change went on to say: “We feel there’s a need to introduce the mind-set of change, everyone is important, after all, it’s the front line that makes the business what it is.”

Jonathan Golding added: “I left with a newfound lean mind-set and, importantly, as the business leader and change agent, it is vitally important to sustain the change through developing a lean culture of continuous improvement and respect for people.”

The benefits of this new transformation partnership include; Whyy? Change’s Lean6 training solutions to be delivered to upskill the CCPI Europe team to support their entire organisation. With their Managing Director, Head of IT, Finance Manager, Head of Laboratory and multiple other employees receiving Lean & Six Sigma Yellow belt training on lean tools and processes.
