Please find below details of the 11th Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber Annual General Meeting to be held at Barnsley Football Club, Oakwell Stadium, Grove Street, Barnsley, S71 1ET on Thursday, 23rd November at 12 noon.
AGM Formal Matters
The notice of the AGM can be found below and sets out the formal business to be considered at the meeting.
- To approve the appointment of a President Elect.
- Confirm the appointment of 2 new Non-Executive Directors.
- New Council members will be acknowledged at the AGM
Copies of each of the following documents can be obtained from below, as are the full audited accounts of the Chamber for 2016/17.
The Annual Report for the Chamber will be tabled at the meeting.
