Course Information:

When individuals fail in negotiations it’s often because they have had no grounding in the basic negotiation and influencing skills. Although we are constantly negotiating with business partners, clients, suppliers and colleagues, our success depends entirely on our understanding of the negotiation process and how effective we are in our communication and influencing skills. Negotiation with influencing skills provides that vital edge to increase gains, prevent losses and enhance the circumstances for our organisations’ success.
