Calling all budding witches and wizards for wild Halloween fun!

There’s some frighteningly good family fun in store for you throughout the October half-term holiday at the Tropical Butterfly House, Wildlife and Falconry Centre, North Anston near Sheffield.

All wannabee witches and wizards can follow a magical activity trail around the wildlife park looking out for mystical characters along the way. Find five colourful potion bottles and collect the stamps, the letters will reveal a mystical word! Then dare to dabble in a potions class in the witch’s cabin and receive a treat and graduation certificate.

The fun doesn’t stop there! Jump on board the spooky tractor-trailer ride – what surprises might await you around the park! And meet parrots and rats at the free-flying bird and animal shows, which school of witch or wizardry will win the show?

How scary can you be? Come dressed ready to cause a fright, whether you are a wizard, witch, ghost or pumpkin, you might win a spot prize! Get creative with our Halloween colouring competition for the chance to win a Family Day Ticket.

Also during October Half Term there are the usual school holiday family fun activities including daily animal encounters and the Realms of Camelot play park.

Treat the kids to a spooky-themed picnic box- pre-order online.

The Witches and Wizards trail takes place from Saturday 21st October to Sunday 5th November 2023, 10am – 5pm, normal admission charges apply.
