Clear Quality Graduation Ceremony

Historically, Apprenticeships are perceived as the “easy” career path, designed for individuals who don’t perform well academically. However, this could not be further from the truth. Apprentices effectively manage full-time employment alongside further education, dedicating most of their time and energy to personal development and career advancement. They balance routine work responsibilities with academic assignments, online learning, and off-the-job training.

At Clear Quality, we believe that their commitment to upskilling merits more recognition than just a certificate upon completion of their course. Therefore, on the 7th February 2024, we proudly hosted our very first a graduation ceremony to honour all of our newly qualified Level 4 Quality Practitioners.

Modelled on a university-style graduation ceremony, each graduate walked the red carpet, received a framed certificate and a box of chocolates from our Training Director, Beth Rhodes, and had the opportunity to connect with fellow graduates. This event not only celebrated their hard work and dedication but also marked a significant milestone for Clear Quality.

For Beth Rhodes especially, the occasion held particular importance, as she had the privilege of presenting certificates to not only the first-ever Quality Practitioner cohort from Clear Quality, but also the first-ever apprenticeship cohort enrolled by Clear Quality.

Reflecting on the ceremony, Beth said “The graduation ceremony for our Apprentices was a really special event for me. Being able to celebrate their achievements with them and their employers was a fantastic experience, but also seeing how far we (Clear Quality) have come since we started delivering Apprenticeships was a really proud moment”

The ceremony not only gave us a chance to celebrate each learner’s individual achievement but was also a testament to the collective effort invested by the apprentices, their employers, and Clear Quality.

Looking ahead, Clear Quality remains dedicated to empowering individuals through Apprenticeships, recognising the importance of providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, especially in the Quality sector.
