Did you know that AESSEAL® has recruited more than 230 apprentices since 2017?

These apprentices have shown an impressive retention rate of over 72%, with many of them advancing to senior and management positions. AESSEAL® is now open for applications for the 2023 apprentice intake, offering a range of opportunities beyond the traditional engineering and business administration apprenticeships. In fact, we are introducing 35 apprenticeships with new and diverse courses, including roles such as Bid and Proposal Administrators in the Commercial space, Electronics in Engineering, and even our first Landscape Gardener. In total, we provide 20 different career paths within our company.

To ensure that our apprentices feel motivated and engaged in contributing to our business and the changing operating environment, we have thoroughly reviewed and enhanced our apprentice offer and salary to make it more competitive. Additionally, we have revamped the career paths specifically designed for apprentices in the UK.
