About Mark Serby
Mark leads SHU Law’s employment law team and has over 25 years’ experience advising on most aspects of employment law. Prior to joining SHU Law in 2019 he worked in law firms in London and Sheffield where he led a large team of employment solicitors.
Mark helps his clients at all stages of their enquiries, ranging from initial advice over grievance and disciplinary procedures to more detailed advice on redundancies and unfair dismissal.
