Gulliver’s celebrates reaching 45-year milestone!

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts is celebrating 45 years in business and South Yorkshire customers can expect more fun and frolics ahead to help mark this special anniversary year.

There’s a host of exciting news to come at Gulliver’s Valley including ticket deals, more special character appearances, an enhanced education and residential offering, birthday parties, themed activities and events, new accommodation options and park ride and attractions and more!

Kickstarting the year in style guests can take advantage of an early season special offer with ticket prices starting from as little at £15 for those bought online at least two days in advance for visits between 11 February and 12 March 2023. There’s also a unique discount code – FUN2023 – that can be used online to get 25 per cent off short stay breaks.

In addition, the resort has just announced that both Bing and Flop and the Very Hungry Caterpillar have extended their residencies at Gulliver’s Valley until the end of 2023 so youngsters will be able to enjoy special meets and greets, photo opportunities, themed accommodation and birthday parties throughout the year.

The first Gulliver’s resort, Gulliver’s Kingdom in Matlock Bath, opened in 1978 and there began a life-long passion for the family-owned business to provide great value days out and short breaks to generations of children and young people across the UK.

Rotherham’s Gulliver’s Valley became the companies fourth resort, opening in 2020 which had followed Gulliver’s World in Warrington launching in 1989 and Gulliver’s Land in Milton Keynes in 1999.

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts is headed up by managing director Julie Dalton, daughter of founders Ray and the-late Hilary Phillips, with their son Nick Phillips, also a director.
